Beaded, made-to-order pieces
- As all beaded garments are handmade to order, they cannot be returned for a refund.
- If you require a different size or would prefer another style of equal value, we are happy to arrange an exchange.
- Please contact us within the specified exchange window which is 7 days from date of delivery.
Non-beaded garments
- Returns and exchanges are accepted in line with our returns policy and will be accepted if returned within 7 days of receiving the package.
- Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
- Items must be unworn, unused, have no fragrance, tags still attached and returned in their original condition.
Care Instructions
To preserve the quality of your NNOVI garment:
- Handle with care.
- Store flat or on a padded hanger.
- Avoid excessive pulling on hand-beaded areas.
- Dry clean or spot clean where recommended.
- Keep away from prolonged moisture.
