Where are NNOVI pieces made?
Every NNOVI piece is thoughtfully designed and produced in Lagos, Nigeria in partnership with skilled local artisans and makers.
What does made to order mean?
Every beaded NNOVI piece is individually handmade once your order is placed. Production begins after purchase, and because each garment is handcrafted bead by bead, no two are ever identical.
How long will my order take?
Beaded, made-to-order pieces take approximately 3-4 weeks to complete before dispatch. Ready-to-wear pieces are dispatched within 5–7 working days.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. NNOVI proudly ships worldwide. Shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on destination.
Will I pay customs or duties?
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes or import fees determined by the destination country. These charges are set by local customs authorities and are the responsibility of the customer.
Can I return a beaded piece?
As all beaded garments are handmade to order, they cannot be returned for a refund. If you require a different size or would prefer another style of equal value, we are happy to arrange an exchange within the specified exchange window which is 7 days from when the item has been delivered.
Can I buy the top and the set separately?
Yes. Every look can be bought as a top only, a bottom only, or as a full set. Sizes can be mixed and matched across the top and bottom.
How should I care for my piece?
Handle with care, store flat or on a padded hanger, avoid excessive pulling on hand-beaded areas, dry clean or spot clean where recommended and keep away from prolonged moisture. Beaded pieces are subject to wear and tear as they are delicate, so please handle with love and care.
Can I order a custom colour or a custom size?
Yes. NNOVI can make pieces in custom colours and custom sizes at an extra cost. Please email info.nnovi@gmail.com with your request, colour reference and measurements and we will confirm pricing and production time before you order.
